Well, I just spent this week getting to know my area better and my comp too. There's not that many people in the ward here, but its a really nice community. Everyone has money and cars and nice phones. BUT once you step out of the gates its straight thug town. The bishop and the members are really cool and laid back too, I dig it. The only problem is that this area is hard to baptize. It's like some parts in the states where they have their money and don't want anything to do with religion.
I´ve gotten to know my comp better. He´s really nice and we'll be spending another change here in Tiloarque. The young men and women here are dope!! I've gotten to play soccer volleyball and even basketball with them. There's a park in our area. It's really green by a river and surrounded by mountains and stuff. Everyone down there smokes weed and drinks alcohol. There's a bolo that everyone calls Chico. He always chases us and says he's gonna kill us, but all the people defend us and say they are messengers from God so you can't hurt them. He did grab my neck one time and said that I had ants and bugs on my neck and that he had to kill them, but I'm pretty sure he was hallucinating. I had to give a talk yesterday in church about missionary work. They told me late the night before so I didn't have long to prepare, but it went good if you asked. My comp is cool, the area is chill, fun good members. I think I'm gonna like it here. We just need to baptize. We already have a few people to put dates with this week so we'll see what goes down. Have a great week guys! Elder Sullivan
