Well well well. Let me just tell you guys a few things that happened this week...We met a dude named Jesus. His story is sad. He's pretty old but 8 months ago he was fine, working doin his thing ya feel? But one day he stepped on a nail and had to go to the hospital. They ended up injecting this liquid that messed up his kidneys. His body is all swollen now he can't see or walk and they cut off his toes and some of his fingers. They gave him medicine to help him out but he ran out and doesn't have enough money to buy more. Sad I know but he's really receptive and actually went to church this week. A member went with my comp to pick him up and take him to the church. This week Elder Uceda came to our stake to talk. He's from Peru and is the president of the area of Central America. He did a question and answer type thing with all of the recent converts and it was really good. He knows like 4 languages! He talked in stake conference too about the sacrement. He talked about how one time someone asked elder Christopherson "what do you do when your in a boring sacrament meeting?" He then answered "Honestly I have no idea, I've never been to a boring sacrament meeting." Haha Elder Uceda told us that if we attend a boring sacrament meeting it means that we didn't come prepared. Je said a lot more but I'm not gonna write it all. He's a really good speaker and knows how to grab the attention of his audience and to inspire them. This week we were busy inviting the investigators to that meeting and the conference but now we can focus more on finding more people. We have some good investigators and we hope that they can keep progressing in the gospel. Peace out untill next week!
